WORKING TOGETHER
I work with clients face-to-face in Godalming, Surrey, or online. If you are interested in having a consultation, I recommend you book a free 20-minute consultation to discuss your health goals and any presenting symptoms. This short, informal consultation is also an opportunity for you to ask me questions about my practice. If you are keen to move forward and work with me, I will suggest an appropriate package for you.
Packages
You can start with a one-off Foundations Session, or choose a package for more ongoing support. We begin with a 60–90 minute initial consultation, then meet every 4–6 weeks to track your progress, adjust your plan, and ensure you’re seeing meaningful, lasting improvements.
Price list
Functional testing is available, usually as part of an ongoing package to provide greater insights into your health for more complex cases. Please enquire for more information or with any questions.
Bespoke support
Everyone’s health journey looks different, which is why I tailor my packages to what your health goals, symptoms or conditions are. Whether you need more frequent follow-ups, phone check-ins, or e-mail support, we can discuss these options during your free 20 minute discovery call. However, I recommend a minimum of 2-3 months of working together when it comes to your menstrual health and fertility.
When you feel confident in how to care for your body, it relaxes, opening the door to healing.

You can pay in full up front, or spread the costs out per month included in your agreed package. At least one month’s payment is needed up front in order to secure your booking. For a one hour review consultation, or an added one off follow-up, the payment is required in full prior to the consultation.

For existing clients, if you’d like to have another follow up separate to an agreed plan, I’m happy to help.

Definitely, test results, whether from your GP or functional testing are great markers to bring to our consultations to get more our of your plan.
